Certainly not an official Method. Rudolf Wuerthner had lost as a child on his right hand his index finger and 1/2 of this thumb. So he turned the accordion upside down and played the trebble side with his left hand. If you google his name you will find photos of him with showing his left hand on the trebble button of his accordion.

Joe Rossi avait aussi perdu l'annulaire à la main droite .... il a continué à jouer avec le talent que tout le monde sait ... sans ce doigt .... Il faut sûrement prendre l'habitude .. ce ne doit pas être facile .. mais ça va venir .... courage ...
